lemon honey chicken

Ingredients:

5-6 chicken thighs

Juice of 2 small lemons

1/2 cup of raw honey

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

1 clove of garlic, chopped fine

5-6 lemon slices

Salt and pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Put chicken in bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350. Put chicken with some of the marinade in a baking dish. Cover each piece of chicken with a lemon slice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. To get a the chicken golden on top: move chicken to the 2nd rack from the top of the oven, remove aluminum foil, and put the oven on a low broil. Let broil for about 5-6 minutes, watching the chicken to make sure it doesn't burn. Let cool slightly before serving, Enjoy!
