brown sugar sweet potato pie


1 unbaked, pre-rolled pie crust or a homemade pie crust

3 large sweet potatoes, skinned and diced

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup of butter, softened 

1 -1/2 tbsp of warm spice mix (available for purchase from me)

2 tbsp of flour

2 tsp of vanilla

2 eggs


Preheat the oven to 350. Put the diced sweet potatoes in a sauce pan and cover with water. Over the stove, bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Once cooked, drain the potatoes and rinse with cold water. Let cool down for about 10 minutes. Once the potatoes are cooled, mix all the ingredients together well, and pour into the unbaked pie crust. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
