3 peaches, chopped

1 cup of ketchup

1/4 cup of bourbon

1/2 cup of molasses

1/4 cup of dijon mustard

1-1/2 tsp of hot sauce

1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

3 dashes of liquid smoke

1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp of onion powder

immersion blender or regular blender

32oz jar with a lid

Put all the ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce boils, turn your stove to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Depending how small you cut your peaches you may need to let your sauce simmer longer - you want them soft enough to blend. Next, remove the pot from the heat and let cool for at least 10 minutes. If using an immersion blender, gently blend the sauce in the pot until smooth. Be careful not splatter the sauce, in case it is warm. If using a regular blender, you will gently pour the sauce into the blender, and use a towel to cover the lid of the blender. Blend the sauce until smooth. Pour the sauce into the jar, and store in your fridge.
