1lb of chicken breasts
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Any other seasonings of your choice
Put all ingredients in crockpot and mix together. Cook on high heat for 2-3 hours, or low heat for 4-6 hours. Once cooked, pull chicken apart with 2 forks. Serve in tacos, salad, on bread as sliders, etc. Enjoy!
*Note: You can use any seasonings you want - above are just what I used. Using a little bit of barbecue sauce will make bbq pulled chicken. Using teriyaki sauce will make teriyaki pulled chicken that can be served with rice. Mix up seasonings however you want! Cooking times will remain fairly the same. Chicken is done when it easily pulls apart without much effort.
